The main purpose of this role is to help vulnerable customers at risk of homelessness to maintain their tenancy. You will work closely with housing and financial wellbeing colleagues to help customers understand and manage their responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have recent experience working in a similar job offering person-centred support, as well as an understanding of social housing and homelessness services.
